Take the stress out of planning

However large or small, coordinating any event can come with challenges. Let us help cross one thing off your list.

 

Let us know your event details and how many people are in your party, and we’ll get back to you with a quote. We’ll also let you know which of our cars we recommend for the big day or night.

Once you’re happy, it’s time to confirm your transport. If your event is still a few months away, don’t worry: there’s no need to lock down final timings until closer to the day.

Around a week before your event, we’ll give you a call or email asking to confirm all the finishing touches to your event – like times, addresses, numbers and so on. We’ll also ask you to pay the final invoice.

On the day of your event, you – or one of your party – will receive a text message with your chauffeur’s name, the private licence plate, and an ETA. Giving you one last sigh of relief that everything’s in hand.
