We will process your personal data for all related activities regarding the supply of chauffeured car hire services. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

We will store your personal data relating to your services/engagement for a minimum of seven years following the termination of your contract of engagement. This is compliant with HMRC tax law regarding fraud prevention.

We will share your personal data with third parties, such as law enforcement agencies, local government authorities, customers, and suppliers, only to the extent that the disclosure is reasonably necessary for Company operations.

All information you provide to us is stored on our encrypted and secure servers, located at our Company premises.
